We offer several different options such as student residences, family home-stay, shared apartments and hotels or hostels. It is very important that our students have a great stay in the city, that's why we carefully screen all of our places and only recommend the ones that we have tried and tested.

STUDENT RESIDENCE
A student residence experience is one full of young vibrant students, who are open and excited to meet new people! You have the choice of your own private room, or a shared room with other local argentine students. The residence is similar to being in a dorm where you will live in a building with many other students from all over Argentina. This is an excellent way to meet locals, practice your Spanish and make many new friends!
The residence has single bedrooms as well as double and triple bedrooms with a private bathroom. The building is located in historic and picturesque San Telmo neighborhood and is about a 15 minute walk or 5 minutes on the Subte Line C.
Included: Breakfast, Wi-Fi access, computer lab, living room/common area with a TV, large outdoor garden, bed linens and towels provided
Not Included: Meals are not included and use of the kitchen is not allowed. But the residence offers lunch and dinner if you would like to add this onto your stay.

FAMILY HOME-STAY
A Home-stay is the best option if you wish to advance your Spanish speaking skills and immerse yourself in the culture and life of a porteño (as those born in Buenos Aires are typically called). Sharing day-to-day life with a local family is ideal for practicing the Spanish you are taught in class. All our host families are carefully selected by the Staff. Our choice of your home-stay is based on your preferences (smoking/non-smoking; couple with children/no children; etc) and your specific requirements (specific diet, no pets, etc.). Not only is the great for your Spanish but it will give you an insight into the Argentine people and culture that you won't get from a student residence or hostel. Even for only a part of your stay, we recommend all of our students spend some time in a home-stay.
Home-stay location varies depending upon the family and availability, but all are located in the nicest residential areas of Buenos Aires.
All our students choosing this kind of accommodation have their own room and will share the bathroom, kitchen and living room with the rest of the family and other students in the apartment. Students staying with host families have total freedom to come and go as they please since they have their own house key. Access to the telephone is provided for receiving calls.

SHARED APARTMENTS
Shared apartments are great options for independent students seeking to live with other locals and foreigners. All the apartments are fully equipped and are located in the best residential areas such as Congreso, San Telmo, Palermo, Belgrano, Recoleta and Barrio Norte. All of them are central locations with easy access to public transportation (subway and buses).
If you choose to live in a shared apartment you will share an apartment with a native-Spanish speaker. Here you will have the comfort of your own private bedroom and share a bathroom, kitchen and other living facilities with at least one other person. Students have to take care of their own meals.
The shared apartment option offers independent living in Buenos Aires and is the best option for students who wish to have a little more freedom in their daily routine. The shared apartments are self catering and you will have your own bedroom and share the living area, kitchen and bathroom. This option will offer you a great base to not only study, but also explore the city and socialize. The shared apartments are often of limited availability due to the high interest of our students.

HOTELS AND HOSTELS
For those students who would like a bit more privacy and comfort as well as for short-term travellers seeking to meet and explore with other foreigners. There are many hotels and hostels located near the School. Prices vary according to their categories. Please contact us for recommendations.
